1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WetoVV ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

WetoVV is a platform that connects vehicle owners with tow truck companies. We facilitate the request and fulfillment of towing services but are not a towing company ourselves. All towing services are provided by independent third-party companies.

3. User Accounts

Users can register as either:

  • Clients: Vehicle owners requesting towing services
  • Companies: Tow truck service providers

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Platform Fees

WetoVV charges a 25% platform fee on all transactions. This fee is automatically included in the price shown to clients. Tow truck companies receive 75% of the transaction amount after the platform fee is deducted.

5. Payment Terms

Payment methods include cash and card payments. For card payments:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Clients must pay before or upon completion of the service
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. User Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information about their vehicle and location
  • Be available at the pickup location
  • Pay for services as agreed

Companies must:

  • Provide accurate estimates and arrival times
  • Have proper licensing and insurance
  • Deliver services professionally and safely

7. Cancellations

Clients may cancel requests before a company accepts the offer. Once accepted, cancellations may be subject to fees as determined by the service provider. Companies must honor accepted offers unless there are legitimate safety or operational concerns.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

WetoVV acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by tow truck companies
  • Damage to vehicles during towing operations
  • Disputes between clients and service providers
  • Delays, cancellations, or no-shows

All towing services are provided by independent contractors. Clients should verify insurance coverage with the service provider.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in misconduct. Users may also close their accounts at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
